Apples are the starting point for our Cider Brandy, and we believe it is vital to know their origins. All the apples we ferment come from Somerset, and most come from our own orchards which extend to some 150 acres.

Vintage varieties are expertly blended and fermented in huge oak vats and after mellowing and maturing for several years it becomes a deliciously smooth Cider Brandy.
